Ginger garlic paste | 2 tbsp |
Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |

Pepper powder | 5g |
Cinnomom powder | 1/4 tsp |
Red Chilli Powder | 1 tsp |
Oil | 1/4 cup |
Garam Masala | 1 tbsp |

Method
- Add mutton pieces, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,/12 tsp of salt and a cup of water to the pressure cooker. Keep 4-5 whistles and let it steam out.
- Meanwhile in a pan add oil. When its hot add onions,chillies and fry them for 2 mins.
- Now add little salt,pepper and cinnomom powder to it with tamarind leaves. Keep the flame in medium and mix well.
- After 5-10 mins add mutton pieces(including water),garam masala and chilli powder to it. Mix it well with and cook for 10-15 more mins.
