Ingredients

Tamarind Leaves1 cup

Green chilli(chopped)3
Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Saltto taste
Pepper powder5g
Cinnomom powder1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder1 tsp
Oil1/4 cup
Garam Masala1 tbsp

Method


  • Add mutton pieces, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,/12 tsp of salt and a cup of water to the pressure cooker. Keep 4-5 whistles and let it steam out.
  • Meanwhile in a pan add oil. When its hot add onions,chillies and fry them for 2 mins.
  • Now add little salt,pepper and cinnomom powder to it with tamarind leaves. Keep the flame in medium and mix well.
  • After 5-10 mins add mutton pieces(including water),garam masala and chilli powder to it. Mix it well with and cook for 10-15 more mins.
