Poppy seed powder | 1 tsp |

Method
- Wash prawns well and mix them with salt,half giger garlic paste and turmeric.Rest it aside for 10 mins.
- Meanwhile add onions and chillies to the oil pan. Fry them till onions turns to light golden.
- Add prawns to the onion. Toss them well and cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
- Take tamarind leaves and mash gently with two hands. Now add this to the prawns with rest of ginger garlic paste and garlic cloves.Cook for 10 more mins.
- Finally add all other powders with a cup of water. When the gravy little thickens remove it from flame.
