Tamarind Leaves1 cup

Ginger garlic paste1 tsp
Turmeric powderpinch

Corinader powder1 tsp
Cumin powder1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder1 tsp
Oil3 tbsp
Poppy seed powder1 tsp
Coriander leaves1/2 cup
Garlic Cloves3

Method


  • Wash prawns well and mix them with salt,half giger garlic paste and turmeric.Rest it aside for 10 mins.
  • Meanwhile add onions and chillies to the oil pan. Fry them till onions turns to light golden.
  • Add prawns to the onion. Toss them well and cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
  • Take tamarind leaves and mash gently with two hands. Now add this to the prawns with rest of ginger garlic paste and garlic cloves.Cook for 10 more mins.
  • Finally add all other powders with a cup of water. When the gravy little thickens remove it from flame.
