Ginger garlic paste | 2-1/2 tbsp |
Green chilli | 2-3 |
Pepper powder | 1/2 tsp |
Turmeric powder | 1/4 tsp |
Coriader powder | 2 tsp |
Garam Masala powder | 1/2 tsp |
Azwain powder | 1/4 tsp |
Tomato(chopped) | 1 |
Coriander Leaves(chopped) | 1/4 cup |

Method
- Smooth paste all masala ingredients in a mixer.
- In an oil pan add onions and fry them till they turn into nice golden color.
- Add masala paste to it and mix well. When the oil separates from the masala add chicken and salt.
- Add 1 cup water to it and close the lid. Let it cook for 20 mins or till the chicken becomes tender.

- Adding water depends on the gravy quantity.
