Maida | 1 cup |
Eggs | 2 |
Cream | 2 tbsp |
Bread crumbs | 2 cups |
Pepper Powder | to taste |
Oil | 2 cups |
Salt | to taste |

Cabbage Leaves | 2 |

Method
- Take maida and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- in a separate bowl beat the eggs with cream. In another bowl mix bread crumbs and salt.
- Spread pepper powder and salt on chicken pieces.
- First dip this in maida flour,next in eggs and finally in bread crumbs. Do the same with other chicken pieces.
- Mean while keep oil pan ready, and deep fry the pieces till they become crispy.
Recipe Tips
- Instead of deep fry shallow fry can be good. These can be even grilled.
