- Combine all the ingredients(except oil) in a bowl and mix well.Mix all ingredients to prepare dough like Pakoda consistency.
- Divide the mixture into equal lemon size ball portions. Take each ball and stick the mixture into an ice cream stick. Do the same for remaining.
- Keep oil pan to deep fry. Mean while, roll the ice cream sticks on bread crumbs. Do the same for remaining sticks and keep ready to fry.
- When the oil is hot enough, drop the sticks slowly into the pan. Deep fry them till they becomes golden in color.
- You can even cook the mixture as you do for tikki's. Prepare the mixture into tikki shape. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) on a medium flame and grease it with oil and cook the tikkis, using little oil.
