- Add the cumin seeds. When the cumin darkens and gets aromatic, add other tempering ingredients.Fry until the chile begins to darken but not burn.
- Now add the curry leaves and cook for 2 mins. Dont burn the leaves.
- Finally blend this by adding little water to it.
- Serve this chutney with Idli,Dosa/ Utappam,Upma,Roti,Rice etc…
