  1. Add the cumin seeds. When the cumin darkens and gets aromatic, add other tempering ingredients.Fry until the chile begins to darken but not burn.
  2. Now add the curry leaves and cook for 2 mins. Dont burn the leaves.
  3. Finally blend this by adding little water to it.
  1. Serve this chutney with Idli,Dosa/ Utappam,Upma,Roti,Rice etc…
