Baby Prawns/Royya Pottu1 Cups
Gram Flour2 Tbsp
Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp
Green Chillies,Finely Chopped1
Ginger,Finely Chopped1 inch piece
Onion,Finely Chopped1
Garam Masala1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Coriander leave,Finely Chopped2 Tbsp
Curry Leaves1 Tbsp
SaltTo taste

To Deep Fry

  1. Wash the prawns with salt water and drain the water.
  2. Mix all other ingredients to the prawns and mix them for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Wet the palms and take golf size batter and place over your palm, flatten to round shape slowly slide vada into the hot oil.
  4. Fry the Vadas from both sides to golden brown. Take them out over paper towel to drain access oil.
