- Heat a pan and add oil to it. When oil is hot add green chillies and garlic cloves. When chillies becomes soft add coriander and then tomatoes. Cook this for 5 mins and switch off the flame.
- Once it becomes cool add tamarind paste,salt and blend it to fine paste. Add water when only required.
- Finally add Tempering to the chutney.
- Serve this chutney with Idli,Dosa/ Utappam,Upma,Roti etc…
