- Mix besan flour, chilli powder, salt,coriander leaves,curry leaves,cumin seeds and 1 tbsp oil together well. Rub the besan and water mix between palms to make it fine paste.
- Make dough from all purpose flour and water as for any paratha we make.
- Make small balls of dough, make a cup shape from the balls and fill 1tbs of besan mix in that, seal it and roll them like lemon size balls.
- Roll out the balls into poori as you do for general poori's.
- Heat oil pan and fry the poori both side until golden brown apply oil/ghee.
- Instead of deep fry, also you can fry on tawa like you do for chapatis.
- Server with curd, pickle, any vegetable, curry, chutney or with tea.
