Lime Juice | 1 tsp |
Coriander, Fine Chopped | 1 Tbsp |
Masala | |
Garam Masala | 1/2 Tsp |
Turmeric Powder | 1/4 Tsp |
Coriander Powder | 1 Tsp |
Chilli Powder | 1 Tbsp |
Cumin Powder | 1/2 Tsp |
Coating | |
Rice Flour | 1/2 Cup |
Semolina/Sooji | 1/2 Cup |

Method
Add "Marinate" ingredients to the fish pieces and keep it aside for 2 hrs.
Add all masalas in a bowl and mix well.
Take a fish piece dip into masala on both sides. On the same way do with rice flour and finally in semolina. Do the same for all the pieces.
Fry them in oil on both sides till they become crispy.
Recipe Tips
- Be careful while adding salt, as fish itself is little bit salty in taste.
