Cumin Seeds1 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste1 Tbsp
Curry Leaves1 Tbsp

Method


  • Cut Lady fingers into little pieces.
  • Add muster seeds, cumin seeds. After a min add ginger garlic, curry leaves and turmeric to it. Cook in low flame.
  • Add lady fingers to this and saute well by adding asafotida and salt. Cook them till the sticky nature is gone.
  • When lady fingers are nice and tender then add masala ingrediens.
  • Add yogurt to this mixture and switch off the flame.

Recipe Tips


  • Wipe the lady fingers and then cut them.
  • Select lady fingers which are tender.
  • Don't cut lady fingers very thin.
  • This tangy dish tastes great with hot Chapatis.
