Ginger Garlic Paste | 1 Tbsp |

Red Chill Powder | 2 Tbsp |

Method
Cut Lady fingers into little pieces.
Add muster seeds, cumin seeds. After a min add ginger garlic, curry leaves and turmeric to it. Cook in low flame.
Add lady fingers to this and saute well by adding asafotida and salt. Cook them till the sticky nature is gone.
When lady fingers are nice and tender then add masala ingrediens.
Add yogurt to this mixture and switch off the flame.
Recipe Tips
- Wipe the lady fingers and then cut them.
- Select lady fingers which are tender.
- Don't cut lady fingers very thin.
- This tangy dish tastes great with hot Chapatis.
