Pea Nut Powder | 1 Tbsp |
Chilli Powder | 1 Tsp |
Coriander Powder | 1 Tbsp |
Jeera Powder | 1 Tbsp |
Amchur Powder | 1 Tsp |
Turmeric Powder | Pinch |
Garam Masala | 1 Tsp |
Goda Masala | 1 Tsp |
Salt | As Taste |
Sugar | 1 Tbsp |
Fresh Coconut Powder | 1 Tbsp |
Coriander Leaves, chopped | 1 Tbsp |

Method
Wipe the lady fingers and them so that masala goes inside.
Fry lady fingers in oil till they become soft.
Fry cashews till they are nicely colred.
Add very little oil in pan. Add seseme seeds. When the seeds sizzles switch of the flame. Mix all masala ingredients one by one. Make sure switch off the flame once seseme seeds are added.
Finally add lady fingers and cashews to this mixture and mix well.

- Smaller Lady fingers are good to do.
