Ginger Garlic Paste | 1 Tbsp |

Method
In a pan add onion, ginger garlic paste in a high flame stirring continously.
After 5 mins, add all vegetables, pine apple chunks,curry powder and, soya sauce salt. Stir continuosly till aroma comes.
Add spring onions mix well for 2 mins.
Lower the flame and add the rice to this mixture and stir for 2 mins.
Recipe Tips
- Add vegetable stock/broth if your rice looks too dry
