Ingredients

Ginger Garlic Paste1/2 Tbsp
Onion, chopped1 Medium size
Garam Masala Powder1 Tbsp
Black Pepper1/2 Tbsp
Dry Nuts3 Tbsp

Method


  • Add little ghee and saute half of onions to this. Saute it nicely when they get brown color. Transfer it to different bowl.
  • In the same pan add ghee and roast dry nuts one bye one seperately.
  • Add remaining ghee and add onions, garam masala,pepper and ginger garlic paste. Saute it nicely for 2 mins. Add rice to this and mix well.
  • Add 1-1/2 cup of water to it and cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
  • Add lime juice, sauted onions and mix it very gently.
