Ghee | 1/2 Cup |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 1/2 Tbsp |
Onion, chopped | 1 Medium size |
Garam Masala Powder | 1 Tbsp |
Black Pepper | 1/2 Tbsp |
Dry Nuts | 3 Tbsp |

Method
Add little ghee and saute half of onions to this. Saute it nicely when they get brown color. Transfer it to different bowl.
In the same pan add ghee and roast dry nuts one bye one seperately.
Add remaining ghee and add onions, garam masala,pepper and ginger garlic paste. Saute it nicely for 2 mins. Add rice to this and mix well.
Add 1-1/2 cup of water to it and cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
Add lime juice, sauted onions and mix it very gently.
