Cumin Seeds | 1/2 Tbsp |
Green Chilli, Finley Chopped | 2 Tbsp |

Method
Soak rice atleast for 1 hr. Add oil to the pan by adding cumin seeds, garlic, onions and green chillies. Once onions are sauted add salt.
Add spinach puree and cook for 2 mins.
Add soaked rice. Add 2 cups of water to it. Once it begins to boil, just let it simmer about for 5 mins and cover the lid.
Recipe Tips
- Green color remains if you dont cover lid when you cook.you can also add chopped spinach. In that case the color may not be green, but the taste remains same
