Method


  • Mix Rice, Urad, chana dal, Idly rava, Curry leaves and red chiilies. Wash it ones. Add hing and salt. Soak this for 2-3 hrs.
  • After soaking blend it in blender in coarse.
  • Add fruit salt and soda or butter milk. Mix the batter that makes very light.
  • Take the idli container and pour the batter in that. Steam them for 10 min in high flame, and slow it for other 5 mins.

Recipe Tips


  • Chek by using fork. If the fork comes out clean with out batter, then our idlis are cooked.
