Chanda dal | 2 Tsp |

Fruit Salt(ENO) | Pinch |
Baking soda | Pinch |
Butter Milk | 2 Tbsp |

Method
Mix Rice, Urad, chana dal, Idly rava, Curry leaves and red chiilies. Wash it ones. Add hing and salt. Soak this for 2-3 hrs.
After soaking blend it in blender in coarse.
Add fruit salt and soda or butter milk. Mix the batter that makes very light.
Take the idli container and pour the batter in that. Steam them for 10 min in high flame, and slow it for other 5 mins.
Recipe Tips
- Chek by using fork. If the fork comes out clean with out batter, then our idlis are cooked.
