Ingredients

All Purpose Flour10g
Elachi Powder1 Tbsp
Glucon D3 Tbsp
Ice Cream Powder3 Tbsp
Ghee800g
Food Color1/2 Tbsp
Venilla Powder1/2 Tbsp
Almonds50 G

Method


  • In a pan add 200lt water and sugar, put in flame for syrup.
  • Mean while in separate bowl add ghee, purpose flour and milk powder. Mix well without lumps.
  • Check the syrup. It should be medium thickness(Teega paakam). Now add the above mixture to the syrup. Switch off the flame.
  • Add Ice cream, Glucon D, Elachi, Vanilla, Food Color powders to the above mixtures. Mix well for 1 min.
  • In a plate grease ghee on base and sprinkle almond pieces on that.
  • Spread the mixture on the plate. Once it becomes cool, cut them into pieces.
