Milk Powder | 500g |
Sugar | 400G |
All Purpose Flour | 10g |
Elachi Powder | 1 Tbsp |
Glucon D | 3 Tbsp |
Ice Cream Powder | 3 Tbsp |
Ghee | 800g |
Food Color | 1/2 Tbsp |
Venilla Powder | 1/2 Tbsp |
Almonds | 50 G |

Method
In a pan add 200lt water and sugar, put in flame for syrup.
Mean while in separate bowl add ghee, purpose flour and milk powder. Mix well without lumps.
Check the syrup. It should be medium thickness(Teega paakam). Now add the above mixture to the syrup. Switch off the flame.
Add Ice cream, Glucon D, Elachi, Vanilla, Food Color powders to the above mixtures. Mix well for 1 min.
In a plate grease ghee on base and sprinkle almond pieces on that.
Spread the mixture on the plate. Once it becomes cool, cut them into pieces.
