Ingredients

Fresh Coconut Grated1 Cup
Elachi Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Ghee50 g

Method


  • Boil milk in a thick bottom kadai. Boil till you the bubble appears on top.
  • Add coconut and stir well till the mixture becomes a thick mass.
  • Add ghee and switch off the flame. Mix well and transfer this to the greased plate.
  • When it is warm cut it into pieces.

Recipe Tips


  • It can be store for 10-15 days.
