Elachi Powder | 1/2 Tbsp |
Ghee | 50 g |

Method
Boil milk in a thick bottom kadai. Boil till you the bubble appears on top.
Add coconut and stir well till the mixture becomes a thick mass.
Add ghee and switch off the flame. Mix well and transfer this to the greased plate.
When it is warm cut it into pieces.

- It can be store for 10-15 days.
