Cashew Powder | 600g |
Almonds | 50g |
Figs | 1/2 Tbsp |
Sugar | 400g |
Elachi Powder | 1/2 Tbsp |
Ghee | 50g |
Food Color | 3 drops |

Method
Heat sugar with three and a half tablespoons of water and cook until one string consistency syrup is formed.
Add it to the cashewnut powder and mix well,witout lumps. Stir it till it becomes little thick.
Seperate it in a plate. Knead into dough once it becomes cool.
In a separate pan add 40% of dough with little water in it. Add Remaining items one by one and keep strring.
Separate this to get cool. Stuff is ready.
Divide the Stuff and dough into equal portions.
On a flat surface press white doug in circular shape. keep stuff on that,and spread again.
Roll it tightly as shown in picutre.
Roll the roll as much as thick you want. Sread foil on that.
Cut them into pieces.
