Method


  • To prepare this delicious pancake recipe, first steam apple and mix it with icing sugar. When the apple is steamed, transfer the steamed apple mix to a pan, and put it on low flame.
  • Cook the steamed apple for a few minutes, and when its cooked thoroughly, remove the pan from the burner. Keep aside your apple stew
  • Then, mix all purpose flour (maida) with salt and ghee in a large bowl and set it aside for a few minutes.
  • Now, smear ghee on a plate, and sprinkle maida mix on it nicely. Then spread the apple stew on the plate, and sprinkle another layer of maida mix on the stew.
  • Steam this plate for a few minutes, and when the pancake is cooked, you can serve it hot or cold according to your preference
