Ingredients

gram flour (besan)1 1/2 tablespoon
yoghurt (curd)1/2 cup
washed & dried coriander leaves1 bunch
barley flour1/4 cup
sesame seeds1 teaspoon
pureed green chilli1/2 tablespoon
ginger paste1 tablespoon
chilli powder1 teaspoon
lemon juice1 tablespoon
jowar flour1/4 cup
oats1 tablespoon
refined oil1 tablespoon
green garlic100 gm
poppy seeds1 teaspoon
fennel seeds1 teaspoon
onion paste1/2 tablespoon
garam masala powder1 teaspoon
chaat masala powder2 pinches
salt2 pinches

Method


  • Chop the coriander leaves and green garlic very finely. Lightly roast the sesame seeds, saunf and poppy seeds.
  • Mix all the above ingredients and knead into a soft dough. Make medium sized dough balls and roll into parathas.
  • Roast on greased tava adding little oil and serve hot with yogurt, cucumber raita or green chutney.
