gram flour (besan) | 1 1/2 tablespoon |
yoghurt (curd) | 1/2 cup |
washed & dried coriander leaves | 1 bunch |
barley flour | 1/4 cup |
sesame seeds | 1 teaspoon |
pureed green chilli | 1/2 tablespoon |
ginger paste | 1 tablespoon |
chilli powder | 1 teaspoon |
lemon juice | 1 tablespoon |
jowar flour | 1/4 cup |
oats | 1 tablespoon |
refined oil | 1 tablespoon |
green garlic | 100 gm |
poppy seeds | 1 teaspoon |
fennel seeds | 1 teaspoon |
onion paste | 1/2 tablespoon |
garam masala powder | 1 teaspoon |
chaat masala powder | 2 pinches |
salt | 2 pinches |

Method
- Chop the coriander leaves and green garlic very finely. Lightly roast the sesame seeds, saunf and poppy seeds.
- Mix all the above ingredients and knead into a soft dough. Make medium sized dough balls and roll into parathas.
- Roast on greased tava adding little oil and serve hot with yogurt, cucumber raita or green chutney.
