Method
- Dry roast all the ingredients except palm sugar. Cool and grind them together to a fine powder. Transfer to a clean, airtight container.
- Add 2 tsp of the powder to a glass of water. Add sugar and gently boil. Remove and strain into a serving glass. Serve at once.
