Ingredients

Coriander Seeds150 gms
Dry Ginger (Sukku)50 gms
Black Peppercorns10 gms
Thippili10 gms
Chitirathai10 gms, crushed
Sathaguppai10 gms
Palm Sugar as required

Method


  • Dry roast all the ingredients except palm sugar. Cool and grind them together to a fine powder. Transfer to a clean, airtight container.
  • Add 2 tsp of the powder to a glass of water. Add sugar and gently boil. Remove and strain into a serving glass. Serve at once.

Recipe Tips


  • Powder can be stored for long.
