Ingredients

Plain or Egg Noodles125 gms, cooked as per packet instructions
Spring Onions1/2 cup, finely sliced
Peanut Oil1/2 tblsp
Ginger3/4 tblsp, finely chopped
Garlic1 clove, crushed
Sesame Oil3/4 tblsp
Soy Sauce3/4 tblsp
Balsamic Vinegar3/4 tblsp
Sugar1/2 tblsp
Salt as per tasteundefined
Peanuts1/4 cup, lightly fried (optional)
Optional:undefined
Green Capsicum1/2 cup, chopped
Onions1/2 cup, chopped
Carrots1/4 cup, chopped
Tomatoes1/4 cup, chopped

Method


  • Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add the ginger and garlic.
  • Fry for 30 to 45 seconds. Remove and transfer to a bowl.
  • Add sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt. Whisk well and add the noodles.
  • Add spring onions and toss well to mix. Keep aside for 45 to 60 minutes.
  • Garnish with peanuts and spring onions.

Recipe Tips


  • If desired, add chopped mangoes, chickpeas and cashewnuts.
