Soy Sauce | 3/4 tblsp |
Balsamic Vinegar | 3/4 tblsp |
Sugar | 1/2 tblsp |

Peanuts | 1/4 cup, lightly fried (optional) |

Method
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add the ginger and garlic.
- Fry for 30 to 45 seconds. Remove and transfer to a bowl.
- Add sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt. Whisk well and add the noodles.
- Add spring onions and toss well to mix. Keep aside for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Garnish with peanuts and spring onions.
Recipe Tips
- If desired, add chopped mangoes, chickpeas and cashewnuts.
