In a grinder, add fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, salt and crushed pepper. Make a purée out of it.
In a mixing bowl add cherry mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, green olive, black olive, mixed lettuce, parmesan, cherry tomato and mix it with the pesto sauce.
