Method


  • In a grinder, add fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, salt and crushed pepper. Make a purée out of it.
  • In a mixing bowl add cherry mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, green olive, black olive, mixed lettuce, parmesan, cherry tomato and mix it with the pesto sauce.

Recipe Tips


  • It’s far healthier than your burger and fries and the cherry mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese in this salad are good enough to brighten your mood.
  • It is known that cherry tomatoes are an excellent source of Vitamin A and Vitamin B6. They are also a rich source of antioxidants and can reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Then there is basil which contains flavonoids and anti-ageing properties.
  • You can add grilled chicken julienne to the salad, if you like.
