Mustard | 1/4tsp |
Cumin | 1/4 tsp |
Asafoetida | a pinch |
Tumeric | a pinch |
Red chilli pd | 1/2 tsp |
Oil | 1 tsp |
Salt | to taste |
Curry leaves | few |
Green chillies | 1-2 |
Garlic crushed | 1/2tsp |
Coriander leaves (chopped)- 1 tbsp | undefined |
Fried chillies | 3-4 |
Red chillies garlic chutney | on top |
Kerrygold cheese | 50gms( grated white cheddar) |

Method
- In a pan heat oil add the Asafoetida,curry leaves,cumin & Mustard. Add the boiled potatoes,red chili powder ,tumeric,salt.
- Cook till coated well. Add the coriander leaves.
- Take the ready vol au vents fill the potato filling, grate cheese on top and grill in the oven till gratinated.
- Garnish& serve with garlic chutney and fried chilies.
