Ingredients

Vol au vents8-10 (store brought)
Potatoes2(boiled)
Mustard1/4tsp
Cumin1/4 tsp
Asafoetidaa pinch
Tumerica pinch
Red chilli pd1/2 tsp
Oil1 tsp
Saltto taste
Curry leavesfew
Green chillies1-2
Garlic crushed1/2tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)- 1 tbspundefined
Fried chillies3-4
Red chillies garlic chutneyon top
Kerrygold cheese50gms( grated white cheddar)

Method


  • In a pan heat oil add the Asafoetida,curry leaves,cumin & Mustard. Add the boiled potatoes,red chili powder ,tumeric,salt.
  • Cook till coated well. Add the coriander leaves.
  • Take the ready vol au vents fill the potato filling, grate cheese on top and grill in the oven till gratinated.
  • Garnish& serve with garlic chutney and fried chilies.
