Method


  • Cut the fig pieces into 4 slices each. In a bowl mix fig and sugar together and keep in fridge over night.
  • Next day keep in medium flame and Stir occasionally for 10 mins. Mean while cut the orange fruit into small pices.
  • When the mixture becomes little thick keep stirring till it becomes light mass.
  • Add the orange pieces and mix them well for 10 more mins.
  • Finally add orange juice and mix for 5 more min low flame and switch off.
