Method


  • Keep milk in a thick bottomned pan. Keep stirring till it comes half of its quantity. Add caromom and keep in refregerated for and hour.
  • In another pan add water and sugar for the syrup. Make the syrup for light consistancy.
  • Cut the bread slices as the shape desired. Fry it in ghee till they turn into light golden color.
  • Dip the bread slices in the syrup and keep it on a plate. Now spread milk gently on top of it with garnishing dry nuts.
