Method
- Preheat oven for 195c. Spread butter to baking pan and keep it aside. Now mix the biscuit powder and sugar in a pan. Add melted butter to it and mix well. Pour the mixture into baking tray and press little inside .Bake for 10 mins and the crust is ready.
- Now prepare filling for it. Mixer 3 mangoes and prepare puree. In a separate bowl add cream cheese,sugar and essence. Beat them well by adding each egg at a time and a little mango puree with it.
- Now add the filling on the crust and keep baking again for 1 hr.
- Keep refregerated for 1 whole night. Serve it with left over mango toppings.
