- Peel raw Mangoes. (Mangoes should be big in size) Then cut into cubes neatly. Now shift it in a heavy bottom vessel. Pour a cup of water in cooker and put 3 whistles.
- Once the pressure is down,drain water and then blend/mash it into a fine paste.
- In a thick bottomned pan add the pulp and sugar.Quantity of sugar depends upon the sourness of a mango. Put the flame in medium. Keep it stirring till this syrup gets thicker (one string consistancy). Then add the acid crystal,switch off the flame and mix well.
- It can be stored for a year in the fridge.
