  1. Remove the shells from the toddy palm.
  2. Break it on hard surface or using knife. You can find yellow color fiber with kind of paste sticked to it.
  3. Take out the seeds individually and grate them till the paste comes out.
  4. Sieve/strain the pulp again to remove left over fiber.
