Non Veg Curries - Crab Meat Fry

Crab Meat Fry

Crab Meat1 Cup
Green Chilli1 Tbsp
Onions,Finely Chopped1 Cup
Ginger Garli Paste1 Tbsp
Chilli Powder1 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder1 Tbsp
Garam Masala Powder1/4 Tbsp
Coriander Powder1/2 Tbsp

  1. Heat wok over high heat until a bead of water dropped onto cooking surface evaporates immediately. Add oil, swirling it around wok and add onions,green chillies. Saute them till the onions becomes golden brown color.
  2. Add crabmeat and stir-fry 30 seconds. Add ginger garlic paste and stir-fry until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Stir sauce, then add to wok and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Finally add remaining spices then toss lightly to combine well.
