Cauliflower Mialgu Peratu

  1. Slice the cauliflower into medium size pieces and steam them for 5 mins.
  2. To oil pan add red chillies and mustered seeds. Once mustered seeds crackle add chana dal. After chandal lightly colored add urad dal and asafotdida.
  3. Add pepper, garlic, onions, curry leaves , chillies and toss them . Cook them for 2 mins and add salt.
  4. Add cauliflower and toss them for 3 mins on high flame.
Tips :
  1. Using butter/ ghee is tastes more instead of oil.
  2. Boiling cauliflower reduce the roasting time and also gives softness to the cauliflower.
