- Slice the cauliflower into medium size pieces and steam them for 5 mins.
- To oil pan add red chillies and mustered seeds. Once mustered seeds crackle add chana dal. After chandal lightly colored add urad dal and asafotdida.
- Add pepper, garlic, onions, curry leaves , chillies and toss them . Cook them for 2 mins and add salt.
- Add cauliflower and toss them for 3 mins on high flame.
- Using butter/ ghee is tastes more instead of oil.
- Boiling cauliflower reduce the roasting time and also gives softness to the cauliflower.
