Method
In a basin mix horlicks, gram flour, milk powder and ghee (50g).
In a pan add sugar and water for the syrup. Keep strring to get medium consistency.
Add the flour paste to the syrup and mix well without lumps in medium flame. After add cashews. Keep add remaining ghee little by little and mix well till you find bubbles on the top of it. Switch off the flame.
Transfer the mixture to a seperate plate to get cool. After 4-5 hrs cut them into pieces.

- It can be stored for a month.
