Method
In kadai mix 50g ghee, all purpose flour, sprout powder and 4 lt water.Switch on the high flame.
Keep stirring till you can find little foam or bubbles on borders of pan.
Now add sugar.Mix and switch off flame. Keep this mixture for 12 hrs aside.
Next day boil the mixture for 15 mins in high flame. Switch off the flame when the bubbles are coming on the top.
Add remaining ghee an keep strring for 15-20 mis.

Recipe Tips
- Wash the wheat and soak them for 3-4 hrs. Wrap them in a cloth for a day to sprout.Keep then sun dry for a day and powder them. Sprout powder is ready. It can be stored for 3-4 months.
