Method


  • Boil moongdal in pressure cooker by adding 3 cups of water.Once its cool, paste the moogdal by removing water. Keep this water to mix in flour later.
  • For the above mixture add all ingredients (Excpet oil) and make a soft dough like poori. Add enough water if required.
  • Put oil pan ready to fry. Add dough to murukku maker with star hole disc.
  • Now press it in oil. Fry them till they become crispy.
