Method
- Combine all the ingredients together except golden syrup and blend well without any lumps. Gently add the golden syrup and mix to a smooth dough.
- Roll the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper to a 1/2 to 1-inch thickness.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut into desired shapes and keep them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for about 10-15 minutes or until firm.
- When done, remove it and cool down, and decorate as desired.
