Method
- Make cake of rice and deep fry it. Mix avocado, chopped onions, spicy mayonnaise, wasabi mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Make another mixture of tomato with salt and pepper.
- Put the mixture of avocado on rice cake and nicely flatten it. Then make another layer of tomato on it.
- Garnish it with bubu arare and micro green mustard.
