Method


  • Make cake of rice and deep fry it. Mix avocado, chopped onions, spicy mayonnaise, wasabi mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  • Make another mixture of tomato with salt and pepper.
  • Put the mixture of avocado on rice cake and nicely flatten it. Then make another layer of tomato on it.
  • Garnish it with bubu arare and micro green mustard.
