Method
- Wash and soak rice for 30 mins with a cup of water.
- Now add another 1/2 cup of water, 1cup coconut milk,salt, 1 tbsp sugar. Mix well and keep it on flame for 20 mins. Stir it often till the rice obsorbs milk and water. Keep it aside.
- Meanwhile prepare sweetener. In an another pan add rest of milk and sugar. Mix it well to dessolve the sugar into it.
- Put a half rice on a plate. Add mangoes, and then sweetener on top of it. Again add rest of rice and mangoes,sweetener. Decorate it with mint leaves.

- Take out a spoonful of rice carefully on serving plate.
