Ingredients

Coconut Milk1-1/2 cup
Water1-1/2 cup
Mint Leavesto decorate

Method


  • Wash and soak rice for 30 mins with a cup of water.
  • Now add another 1/2 cup of water, 1cup coconut milk,salt, 1 tbsp sugar. Mix well and keep it on flame for 20 mins. Stir it often till the rice obsorbs milk and water. Keep it aside.
  • Meanwhile prepare sweetener. In an another pan add rest of milk and sugar. Mix it well to dessolve the sugar into it.
  • Put a half rice on a plate. Add mangoes, and then sweetener on top of it. Again add rest of rice and mangoes,sweetener. Decorate it with mint leaves.

Recipe Tips


  • Take out a spoonful of rice carefully on serving plate.
