Lunch/Dinner - Veg Starters - Egg Plant Balls

Egg Plant Balls

Egg Plant, small1/2 Kg
Coriander Leaves2 Tbsp
Masala
Bread Crumbs3 Tbsp
Pepper1/2 tsp
Garlic3-4
Mustered Seeds1 tsp
Garam Masala1 tsp
Cheese2 Tbsp

Onion1 Small
All Purpose Flour1 Tbsp

  1. Cut the egg plants and coarsely grind the pieces with salt. Drain the fluid from the egg plant.
  2. Add "Masla" ingredients to a find powder. Add egg plant,Coriander Leaves to this and belnd nicely.
  3. Do the balls with the paste.
  4. Fry them in oil till they turn into golden color.
Tips :
  1. Drain the water from egg plant completely.
